This page explains what data the site collects and how we use it.

Bookings

When you book, we keep your name, phone number, the services you chose, your barber, the day and time and any note you write, so we can confirm by call or WhatsApp and get the chair ready. We keep booking records for twelve months, then delete them.

Memberships

When you ask to join, we keep the plan and billing period you chose with your name and number. We never ask for card details on the site; you pay in the shop.

Accounts

If you create an account, we keep your name, email and password (stored encrypted) so you can follow your bookings and membership and update your details.

The message form

We use your name, email and message only to reply to you.

Cookies and browser storage

We use the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms from spam. Your browser also remembers, for a few hours, the service you tapped “Book” next to, so it is already selected on the booking page; none of this reaches us unless you send a request. We use no tracking or advertising tools.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion at any time from the contact page.
