Can I share my membership?
Memberships are personal, but you can add your son with 20% off the kids’ cut.
What happens to unused visits?
They don’t roll over to the next month, so we remind you before the month ends if you have visits left.
Can I choose my barber?
Yes, on every plan. With Elite we book your favourite barber even at peak times.
How do I pay?
By card in the shop on your first visit; it then renews automatically every month or every year, as you choose.
Your membership renews automatically every month or every year, as you choose, and can be paused or cancelled up to seven days before renewal. Unused visits do not roll over to the next month, and the membership is personal and cannot be transferred. “Unlimited” means up to one visit a day.
